The Walrus Audio 385 MkII Dynamic Overdrive is finally here to take the baton from the original '385' released in 2016. Fitted with an A/B switch, this second-gen overdrive pedal literally doubles the fun, allowing you to dial in two volume and gain settings and toggle between them with a flick of the switch. Not only that, Walrus Audio have built in a 385+ Mode so you can flip the mini-switch and get treated to extra-fat, fully saturated sound and masses of sustain.

The 385 MkII: Dynamic Overdrive

This brilliant overdrive is based on the sound of the Bell and Howell 385 Filmosound vintage projector, which was modded by guitarists so it could be used as an amplifier. In other words, if there had been overdrive pedals back in the 1950s, they would've sounded like the 385 MkII Dynamic Overdrive. Also, this Walrus Audio creation internally runs on 18V, meaning you can expect quite a bit of headroom, an excellent response and richly detailed sound. This true bypass pedal is made in the USA.
